[3.3.x] Support Forum • add new user page comes up blank

version 3.3.5

when I login the board acp and click on add new user the page now comes up........ HTTP ERROR 500


I did a restore using "restore all files and data bases".....prior to adding the last new user it too now comes up blank.....so I restored 2 weeks back and its till comes up blank yet I have added 5-6 new users since going back that far
I turned board self registration back on and created a new account and that registration still works but the admin create new user still wont display the page

any Ideas gentlemen
